World pause option, with user defined exceptions.
I know it's been requested repeatedly, but I was unable to find a good enough listing here for it, so here goes.
We need an option to pause all the logic in the world, excluding microchips we specifically set as exceptions to this. This would allow us to make pause screens and all sorts of other very helpful systems.
The exception could be in the microchip's tweak menu, so that anything on a chip with this option enabled continues to run during the pause. You would build your menus in chips with this option enabled, and everything else on chips with it turned off (by default).
Yes please. I'm trying to make movement mechanics where you are able to slow / pause time and select a direction to pull toward / push away from.
badly need this, current option is not viable for a large game. Especially with physics, everthing keeps moving and cant late rthe state of the game when you enable play control.
Yes please. Yes to all of this. It would also be wonderful for time based mechanics.
