Animating sun direction is now broken
I had a gadget called "Day Night cycle V2" where I carefully synchronise a Syn&Sky gadget with a rotating physical Sun and Moon.
It worked well, so that you can have a physical Sun, but synchronised water reflections.
Now if I edit my keyframes even slightly, it totally breaks the synchronisation.
Here is a video hightlighting the issue:
The element is here:
What happens when you try, Djaya? Does it instantly turn on again, for example? If so, you may have a keyframe turning the sun on.
The sun in my creation just won’t turn off, I don’t get it
I've redone everything from scratch and I still see an issue
The sun gadget seems to "jump" from keyframe to keyframe.
Anyway I'll try to add more keyframes to my day & night cycle and see if I can mitigate the problem

After looking into this and using your asset I re-did the animations and I couldn't reproduce this issue after the fact. However if i didn't re-do your animation and just edit the current animation this issue did happen. I believe this is due to update to the Sun & Sky gadget
Select Triangle on all of the Keyframe and delete all of the current animations for the Sun & Sky gadget.
Once all of the animations are complete you should be able to edit them after the fact.
Hope this helps Lara L
First thing I tried.
My guess is that they changed the way the sun direction is stored, from polar coordinates to normalized (X, Y, Z) for example. That would totally explain the difference in interpolation.
And for compatibility reason they use the old way for gadgets created before the release, but as soon as you modify it, it breaks.
Hrm... not sure why this would change between EA and the current version. But try turning off smoothing. It looks suspiciously like the positions are being smoothed for that keyframe.
