Movers Cause Anti-Grav with 0% Dampening, 100% Strength, and 0 speed
When placing a Mover on an Object and making the applied force go up with the gizmo, and having 100% Strength, and 0% Dampening the object is on will float, unless an outside force is applied to it.
This is with speed set to 0, so the mover should technically not even be trying to do anything but somehow it is able to apply "force" even with 0 speed.
1. Sculpt a cube.
2. Snap a mover to it.
3. Set mover gizmo to point up, then set the strength to 100%, dampening to 0%, and speed to 0.
4. Lift cube from starting platform if on the ground
5. Play time.
Expected result is the cube should fall to the ground, but instead it floats.

Thank you for the feedback, however we can confirm this is not an issue.
When the Mover direction arrow is pointing straight up and the strength is set to 100% the object will not fall. If the arrow will be pointing at any other direction eventually the cube will fall to gravity.
