Comments problem after the 2.07 update
It only got worse now after the 2.07 update!
As a temporary solution to the famous reply problems, before, I(and many others) wrote the name of the user with @ for him to be notified to be mentioned on a comment ect...Now(2.07) that some restrictions have been applied to the comments, and for example some user names have repeated characters ect...You cant even do the ultra legit @ trick to the replies that Mm itshelf has implemented to the game!
I cant even write the name of the user because he is called applestrudel1 and the system recognises this wording as invalid or something.
Hi there, Galactic_Imp86!
Thank you for getting in touch. I was wondering if you could possibly provide us with some additional information about your issue; the message you tried to post, did it only include that @’d user or was is the text included in your second image?
As correctly mentioned by other users below, 3 or more repeated characters, or words/phrases that contain profanities will issue you this warning message.
My whole point is since the game doesnt notify anyone about a reply to a comment of his and we are forced to use their @ID,(which is a seperate problem altogether since it doesn't auto-complete it for a reply and we have to write the ID down letter by letter),the profanity should exclude user @IDs.
It was the whole post exactly as you see it in the image that triggered it.
My problem isn't about profanity trigger. My problem is that profanity gets triggered in a comment when trying to mention a user ID (as replies alone in the game don't notify the original user of an answer. This is a bug i guess) which doesnt make sense at all!
And yes...I ve tested seperately the @applestrudel1 and the text and it was the ID that triggered it,not something in the rest of the text!
hey, QA Team, please have tablet support? And can we import models? keyboard in creative mode would be nice
more drawing accessilibility would be splendid,
If it has 3 or more repeated characters, that's when it's an issue. So "..." blocks you from commenting for example.
I can confirm that I have been able to @ someone with multiple repeat letters. It's possible that "applestrudel" contains a series of letters that coincidentally spell a profane word in another language. The profanity filter is a little overzealous and does check multiple languages.
