Objects in head/camera tracker start to shake when far from scene centre
Turn on the look cursor or place something in the head/camera tracker's group, and move far from the scene centre. Even when standing still, the objects wiggle around.
Just tested it again and you don't even have to be a thousand meters away. If you move fast but stay close to the centre, the pointer wobbles a bit.
Yeah, it's a common problem in games I've heard. But I think that it happened not that far from the centre actually. Maybe around 1000m away. I didn't test this very "scientifically", but I wasn't extremely far when I noticed the effect.
This is probably because you are far from the centre; maths is less and less accurate when dealing with huge numbers (209482484395735) and tiny numbers (0.00000000032). There's not really a way around it but just don't put your gameplay so far from the centre.
Is there a reason you need to put the player so far away? For this to start happening it needs some *serious* distance from the centre.
