Why not wire the output of your AND gate directly to the power input in question?

I would love if they would add this. In most cases it'd be more helpful than the grid.

I'm not sure what being poor at maths has to do with it since you only want to subtract 1 multiple times! Anyway sounds like you want a trigger zone that can be configured to output a certain number of pulses rather than just 1.

I would make a microchip with a trigger zone on it. Include a value slider where you configure your decrement (1, 3 or 8 in your example). Add an output node. Then you use a combination of a timer and a counter to output the right number of pulses. The chosen decrement will be wired to the target value of the counter (forget the exact name). Then a timer is used to create a delay before incrementing the timer again. I'm glossing over the details I know. I could share a version of this.

Then you have a chip that you can clone and configure as many times as you need rather than having lots of trigger zones wired up to a whole mess of logic.

Actually you probably mean to use dpad to increment the position or something like that so its easier than what I was describing. You just need to increment your target position on each button press then and not worry about the current position at all. I could make a demo of this if its helpful.

You can't make something move to a specific position instantly unless you can have an existing tag in the scene at a desired position so that you can use that with a teleport gadget. You can however get an object to move quickly to snap into position based on some grid increment. Basically you'd get the current position of the object and calculate the snapped position with round etc. then set an advanced movers speed to force the object into that position. One way is to use the difference between where you want it to be and where it is as the speed in each dimension. Then the further it is away from the snapped position the faster it'll move towards it.
Hopefully in future we'll be able to set a transform directly on an object.

Oh that's great! I've been painstakingly positioning the attachment points.

I think you need to hide the wheel while you attach to body, then hide body while you attach to wheel.

Instead of subtracting current time could you calculate a new start time and reset the timer with that?

It might be best to give an idea what you'd like to do then folks can point you in the right direction. The logic really isn't as difficult as you might think.

Use paint mode to paint strokes onto the body parts and tweak them to have glow.

Perhaps a filter set to low pass? I don't know about space but that can make a sound seem like its coming from a nearby room or something like that.

I think this is a bit of a problem. On my creation https://indreams.me/scene/ZI72H_iw6NM there's no mention of the creator whose collectable coin asset I used so I feel like I'm getting undeserved credit for its creation.

I think you're on the right track with a selector. You need logic along the lines that if button X is pressed and the current selected value is 0, then advance to the next selection. So you need a calculator with equality selected for each button press you require so that you only do anything if the selector has advanced to the right state already.

Its down to a combination of hand painting, choice of finish and fleck options. You can do a lot with different fleck types, impasto and looseness.

So I guess you could encode each letter as a number etc since we only have numeric variables and signals, but how do you go about storing a list of those?

Regarding ritardando (or rallentando) I bet you could place a gadget such as a value slider on the timeline wired to timeline playback speed and use the fade in/out handles on that to introduce the effect gradually. Might try this later.

I have a feeling the signal manipulator (is that its name?) can be used to delay a signal pulse but I can't check right now.

I agree it'd be nice to do this without a bolt. Actually it'd be nice to be able to set that point through logic too. I have an idea for a game that would depend on exactly that being possible.

I had the same problem .The solution is to attach the object to something with a bolt.

I've mostly been doing non-organic modelling so far. I find its often easier to use the stretch tool to get a shape onto the grid after it has been stamped. Also if you're not using the grid, I find it easier to be precise by just stamping the shape in roughly the right spot then moving it with nudge(partly press R2) to get it just right. Precise move is also extremely helpful. I seem to switch between these 3 modes a lot as well as changing grid size often. I sometimes plan the edits I'll need to make on paper first but maybe that's just me. I see it as a puzzle of sorts.
