    this is still a bug even now.

    as soon as you enter edit mode of a dream map any scene with auto-update on should trigger but it doesn't and you still have to go to the update scene screen then update the scenes yourself or just exit that screen then it would auto update scenes.

    are you telling me that just because all scenes in a dream map have always invisible on makes there links invisible even while in dream map edit mode?

    in edit mode links should still be seeable regardless.

    still doesnt explain why scenes dont auto-update as soon as you enter edit mode when they have that option on.

    @raz0rbackzwei i didnt know that, what if while the links are hidden and you make a new link to the same input, will i get 2 links on the same out and input when i make the links reappear?

    thanks, i know i can just quicksave to local save, but i already have a saved version of the dream map and i did that because back then my ps4 kept destroying my hard drive and save version everything was the only way to not lose anything even tho losing a dreams map is fine, save version the scenes themselves are more important.

    the VR update caused this bug for old dream maps that were created before the update it never happened before then.

    in the video you can see theres no link and that a scene has auto-update on but it doesnt show the link from scene to scene or auto-updates until i goto the update scene screen and leave.

    maybe the links are invisible rather than deleted.

    anything that has a save version cannot be deleted therefore this dream map that i save version cant be deleted to replace with a new unbroken version.

    this is an issue to me because i have to use more logic to do something that should be simply made just because something isnt working as it should.

    the whole point of making a scene or dream always invisible or unlisted is make it exist without anyone being able to find or see it unless something directs them to it, this works but if the player can just enter the dream and hit exit to see something they aint suppose to see which is the page of an always invisible dream which should never be seen by anyone because its a background thing, the main dream that contains everything is the face of the game therefore only that should get a like/comment page.

    In what way is having nested dreams better?
    better in the way that 100 scenes is the max for 1 dream, I'm most likely gonna go over that when making a full game.

    I'm making a game where each 8 levels can have 6-30 scenes so there's no way to fit it all in 1 dream map, that's why i have a sub dream within the main dream.

    the problem is that I found out that when the player goes into a sub dream in a dream them exit it takes the player to the sub dream page where they can like and comment even tho that sub dream is always invisible and unlisted.

    if the player exits from the sub dream it should take them to the main dream page since the sub dream is always invisible and unlisted.

    Hello EternalDarknessz,

    We use Sony’s profanity filter and unfortunately things like this have been a common occurrence for us. There have been many other areas of the game that flags censored words and we are looking into it.

    why wont MM notice this report?? if they dont then this bug won't get fixed making this bug report pointless,

    MM really need to work harder when it comes to bug report reading and fixing the bugs even hire more people!

    yeah but you think that as a creator if i make the square bigger or not it shouldnt adjust the speed/max speed because its up to the creator what they want if i make a big square the speed shouldn't increase unless i want to so if i want the speed to be 5 then 10x the size then i still want the speed to be 5 not 500.

    why is 1000ish being max speed when any number after 50 is high enough to follow anything at any speed.

    i was about to report this, but i believe that with local space on or not you should always be able to grab the base of it and turn it but i couldn't when local space was off as if it's locked to always point upwards until i read this post.

    well if i used super metroid music is it Nintendo that owns it or the artist that made the music?

    but would it count as copyright if i made metroid music with instruments and notes as if i made it as a remake or remix, i seen people play such music on youtube on a piano so doing a cover of music shouldnt be copyright right?.

    well like for metroid if i dont use the main character and music then enemies, items, gameplay, level themes are not copyrighted right?

    like the only thing that counts as copyright is what Nintendo uniquely made?

    if i wanted to make a Metroidvania game i can change the title and main character but i would still wanna use real Metroid music since i can't make my own and any music that other people made wont fit into my game unless i put in a request to someone.

    it usually happens when its an element that i made and placed in a scene when i do align to grid it ends up changing the size when the object was made in the same grid setup as the scene.

    @cgCody i didn't really think of that side of it, hmm, so shouldn't something thats been flagged as Moderated that MM should delete it make it gone forever to discourage people to not make copyright stuff and if they did it will be permanently deleted or is that going too far?

    its also possible that stuff that isnt copyright still get flagged for copyright meaning it gets Modarated when it shouldnt i saw that happen to someone once possibly mulitiply times.

    @cgCody yeah you're right, but it seems you're still missing the point? MM needs to allow editing on Moderated flagged scenes not permanently lock them up... so forget the copyright part because people who have fallen to this copyright stuff have to suffer more just because we cant edit Modarated scenes only remix them creating more undeletable scenes.

    @cgCody yeah that is the best answer but not everything can be unique, many things get made out of inspiration which can come close to copyright.

    some people want to make their favourite game but have no choice to copyright since not everyone is good at art music and level design, should people like that just quit being a creator just because they cant make anything that's unique?

    yes people shouldnt copyright games but at the very least MM should allow Modarated scenes to be editable without remixing it to help those who did get flagged for copyright.
    its easier and convent to edit a Moderated scene and change it than it is to remix the scene and add more scenes to a mountain-like pile of scenes.

    i know i can remix it but in the point that i made anything thats been flagged for copyright and taken down is fully locked up forcing people to remix it just to change the scene to make it not copyright.

    if a scene you made was Moderated and gets taken down you would still wanna reupload it but change it so its not copyright right? but to do that you need to make an unwanted remix just because you cant edit the Modarated version.

    not too bad when its just 1 scene that needs to be remix then reuploaded but its just 1 more scene that cant be deleted and its bad enough that any scene thats saved to the cloud cant be deleted.

    what makes this a seriously problem lets say someone makes a Mario game in dreams 10-20+ scenes in a dream map... obviously it will be taken down the whole thing, if that person wants to reupload that game as something without Mario then that person needs to remix every single scene all 10-20+ of them just to reupload it making that person have twice as many scenes on their hands just because they cant edit or delete the moderated version.

    @TAPgiles if i replace the door then yes that fixes it by resetting it but as soon as i come from that doorway again and it triggers doorway activated then if i leave the dream map and enter the same scene without the dream map part it will still remember that the doorway activated is still on when really it should only work during play/testmode in the dream map not out of it.

    well, when using the scene outside of the dream map doors shouldn't work because they are only connected in the dream map not out, and since the doorway has never used the checkpoint for it shouldn't trigger.

    during test mode or play mode the doorway activated output of a doorway is powered on as soon as the scene starts to play when it shouldnt because of this when the puppet dies it spawns at that door when it shouldnt.

    how it should be is theres no respawn point therefore the puppets default location is the respawn point then if i use a doorway from scene to scene then that door becomes a new respawn point but here i havent used a doorway and yet its checkpoint is still triggered.

    i made music thats pokemon released ended up in the same boat, the fact that we cant rename or redit a Moderated scene to change it then reupload it is bullshit.

    in your case, its more shit because what you made isn't copyright and still got flagged?
